two years..

two years ago {yesterday} was the
biggest & BEST decision I have ever made.
I still don't know how I convinced him to spend eternity with me,
but I'm so happy that I did!

I know that this is sooo cliche to say..
but I truly have the greatest husband in the world!

Truth be told..

If Smart cars weren't bad enough,
this guy decided to add wood paneling to his.

Really?
You really thought that was a good addition?
Please tell me this is just a figment of my imagination,
and this isn't coming back in style.
{even though i'm not very convinced it was ever in style}
Hopefully I don't get an ear full of how great the Smart car really is,
because you're really not going to convince me otherwise.

Cupcakes are a delight.

I made these for a "Hawaiian" themed Baby Shower.

{Recipe Requested}

Prep: 10 min
Total: 1 hour

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. fat free milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, thawed
24 small strawberries
1/2 c. blueberries

Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Spoon evenly into 24 paper-lined medium muffin cups. Bake as directed on package. Cool 10 min.; remove from pans to wire racks, cool completely.

Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Spread tops of cupcakes with pudding mixture. Arrange strawberry slices on top. Fill centers with blueberries. Store in refrigerator.

{Makes 2 dozen}

They were supposed to be "tropical flowers",
but they look they would fit in at a Fourth of July event instead.

Whatev.
They were still a party favorite.
